It kinda goes against the whole "younger generations are better".

Hashi- the first and the strongest of em all (GOT DAT WOOD)
Tobirama- second and nearly on the same lvl as his bro (WATER SPAM USER)
Old Gramps- Well.....he was once the god of shinobi.....(HE GOT A MONKEEEEEY)
Minato- Teleporting and rasenspam has never looked flashier, but its not all that awesome (kunais -.-)
Tsunade- Punching...... (wtf)
(Unofficial) Danzo- got solod by sasuke (weird arm)
(Unofficial) Kakashi- srsly? (...)

Well Tsunade only took part in second or third Shinobi Wars, when the Powerhouse Veterans from Clan Wars and First wars had died out..... the competition was thus lesser...... guess the relative peace just weakened them.
