2)The wiki isnt the databook. It has information that comes from the databook and is generally fairly accurate, but it doesn't always have ithe databook to back it up like in this case and is mostly supported by speculation regarding the manga.
3)you can't give the 4th raikage feats that he doesn't have. Those are his fathers feats. He might have physical durability that is similar since hes the 3rds son, but it has never been mentioned than the 4th raikage is as durable as his father. That and it wasn't the lightning armor, but his skin that was so tough that most jutsus were ineffective against it.

1) Not only the lightening based attacks, it has been said only wind based attacks can harm it.
