Description
►Looks: Roshi wears a large headpiece, which consisting of a three pointed crown-like ridge, of which bears his village protector and ring. As well as a prominent black piece of armor running across his cheeks and the bridge of his nose. Despite his advanced age, his hair is solid red. His hair and beard style are exactly the same as the Four-Tailed Demon, Son Goku, inside of him. He wears a long sleeve purple shirt and pants, with a mesh armor underneath the shirt, and brown armor above and running down the sides of his hips and legs. He also wears a bag on his waist which consists of ninja tools.
►Personality: Roshi is a very hard-headed and stubborn individual as what his tailed-beast says about him. Despite being the Jinchuriki of the four-tails for over forty years, Roshi never once referred to the four-tails by his real name until after he had fought Naruto Uzumaki.

History
My name is, Roshi, my last name is of no importance, all that is need to be known is what I am going to tell you. When I was a young child, the Tsuchikage had the Four-Tailed Demon Monkey, Son Goku, inside of me. As a child I was feared, and looked at as a freak, a typical story of a Jinchuuriki no matter what village or lineage they are from. During my childhood and adolescent years I spent perfecting my skills and the unique skill the Yonbi had granted me…the ability to use Lava based techniques. When I had just reached the age of 15, Iwagakure had sealed another tailed beast into a young child….this time it was the Five Tails. At first the two of us didn‘t get along but over the years we had grown to respect one another and fight together as a unique team of the village.
After several years in the village, I had decided to leave……to better understand and to more fully control the power of the beast inside of me. But over the many years I had acquired the name of “Roshi of the Lava Release“ a name that hinted at my great prowess with the Lava ability that the beast‘s powers had granted me with. After many years of traveling alone, I had come across two members of the infamous group known as Akatsuki, Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki. Though I had put up a valiant effort, their combined power of the Sharingan and Kisame’s apparent limitless power proved to be just too great for me.

►Nature Transformation: By borrowing the Four-Tails' power, Rōshi was able to use its Lava Release ninjutsu, created through simultaneous use of fire and earth-based chakra, to create a torrent of lava that can melt almost anything. Tobi referred to him as "Rōshi of the Lava Release" (熔遁の老紫, Yōton no Rōshi), further indicating his prowess with it. He could create a giant geyser of lava, or spit multiple balls of lava at the enemy. He could also create an armour made of lava that not only has defensive purposes but adds lava to his taijutsu attacks increasing their potential damage.
►Taijutsu and Physical Prowess: Due to his many years as a Jinchuuriki and the unique ability Son Goku had granted Roshi. He had become quite adapt at using Taijutsu in his fights and combining his skills in that field with his Lava Release making for deadly combinations.
►Jinchuuriki Transformations:As the Four-Tails' jinchūriki, Rōshi is granted a significant amount of chakra and stamina from the beast. The full extent of his control is unknown, but he could form at least one of the beast's tails, further enhancing his power and strength, without the use of a jutsu or a technique much like Killer Bee with his 8-Tails. After being immobilized by B's clone, he transforms into his Version 2 form, in this form he was able to create an enormous torrent of lava, scorching the Eight-Tails. When Rōshi attacked Naruto and Killer B, Tobi forced him to transform into his full Four-Tails form. In this form, he displayed tremendous strength, being able to toss Killer B in his full Eight-Tails form a considerable distance away.
►Genjutsu Immunity: As with all the other Jinchuuriki, Roshi is immune to the effects of all Genjutsu's due to the fact that if he is placed in one his Bijuu will kick him out of it.
