If Obito's Rinnegan is Madara's than does he also have Madara's sharingan abilities?

Kakashi awekened his MS or was awekened by Obito like some people like to believe.But the eye was in Kakashi's body when it was upgraded to MS.Obito took an already awekened rinnegan.He didn't aweken the ability on his own so he can not switch to other dojutsu leves simply becauae he never obtained them.

The rinnengan is the sharingan. The power is already there he just needs to learn how to switch between them. Madara could potentially teach him if he wanted to.

He can't switch from Rinnegan to Sharingan since he got it in Rinnegan form. Same reason why Kakashi can't switch off his Sharingan.
