If Obito's Rinnegan is Madara's than does he also have Madara's sharingan abilities?

Apparently when Uchiha eyes are transferred, only their prime ability stays dominant hence why Nagato couldn't use Madara's Sharingan tech's only the rinnengan (it's prime state). I strongly believe the same goes for Obito, also there's no implication that he could use any.

That doesn't even make sense Mokuton has nothing to do with the Dojutsu, Obito actually has Madara's eye which is needed to perform the Sharingan techniques, its very unlikely that he can use them I don't think he could but its still possible

You have no proof of that. Plus Kakashi can upgrade his and downgrade his when ever he wants, but obito can't?
