Ok... I was thinking... Kabuto said he bring everybody back from the dead in their prime.. And im like.. OK!.

So i was thinking.. we seen flashbacks of madara all fudged up... not only that but he aquired the rinnegan at a OLD age which was showed. but yet... he came back looking like the fresh handsome meat Uchiha that follows the curse clan. all young and what not.

BUT

Hiruzen is still an old gas bag.. Im like.. @_@ wth

THEN! i remembered.. why the hell was nagato crippled and old and wrinkly.? why didnt HE get brung back in his prime also? like Kabuto plans wouldve been smoothed out if nagato wasnt so .... sluggish.. idk.. is this a plot-no-jutsu thing.. or... just a fail... or. yea.. im confused with this

First off it was confusing at first. Here is the catch. Kabuto specifically modified Madara's Edo Tesnsei so that he would be a younger man than the old man stage in which he died. This was probably a manipulation of the Hashirama DNA cells that Madara had already collected.

Nagato hijacked Naruto and Bee's chakra in order to revitalize himself.

If one doesn't catch on to the little details or sentences they mention I would say it is easy to be confused ^.^!
