I look at you like this, O_< and a real nigga pops out. I focus my katon chakra and form the horse hand seal and release a large fire attack at you. At the same time, I form a portal and focus into a large keigoku and send that right at you.

From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them. Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on. He keeps going to three, a little harder but maintains all three, he continues to four and then five, then 6 concentrating hard to keep them all open and then he form 7 and then 8 and all forming around Akuma and he keeps focusing filling the last spot to complete the circle around Akuma with the ninth protal.*

After making the portals, i release keigoku out of all of them, i think use the power of shape manipulation and shape the keigoku into several things. First I shape them into long solid shapes. Then I shape some into a blunt and another into the exact replica of Lil Boosie. Then i make LIl Boosie some the Keigoku Blunt.
