Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
Shadow Dogs
The user summons as many dogs as they want, the dogs act as clones, but they cannot use jutsus. Forevery dog it's 15 chakra and summoning dogs are the only attack you can do that turn. The dogs can only be beaten by A-rank and above moves

A giant black 7 headed snake, with extremely deadly poison. Every head you cut off 2 more grow in its place, it can be defeated be B-rank and above jutsus. It can use Fire techniques.

2: I have a gourd on my back filled wiht chakra infused water that doesn't conduct lighting and that when used to block is almost unbreakable.

I won't lose to much time on this. While ur making ur first summon I use
(Kinjutsu:Yon Chakra Haretsu)-Forbidden Sealing: 4 Chakra Implosion

? Description: The user will make quick hand seal and the tip of his finger will begin to glow. He will then strike 5 chakra points in his stomach. This will seal away 4 elemental chakra leaving only one behind. By doing so he will make all his chakra converges into this remaining element and into his muscle (for taijutsu). This overload of chakra will put a great strain on the users muscle and he will gain an incredible speed and strength (comparable to Rock Lee when his 6th gate was open). He will also be able to perform stronger elemental jutsu, and manipulate this element at his will.

I block ur fire attack my manipulating the water around me and make a water wall ( u won't evaporate a lake worth of water with ur little attack so forget that excuse). Then I completly close my cocoon and use

The advantage of this jutsu over the usual rain jutsu is that if the enemy use a wind jutsu to blow the droplets away, they will almost instantaneously be replace by others coming from the water source(no cloud dependent too).

Venom is the king demon snake with as many heads as the users elements (including custom elements) each head must be destroyed by S-rank moves. Each head must use only one element and once one head is destroyed the snake can't use that element the rest of that battle. The user can't use jutsus as long as Venom is on the battle ground. If used it must the only attack you used that turn.
and Venom uses

Raiton: Chidori Raikou Panchi (Lightning Style: 2000 chidori current punch)

Descripton: The user uses chidori nagashi, followed right after chidori. The nagashi charges up the chidori, for an ultimate punch. You can also use it to send a charge in the ground or air making the current reach further than the regular chidori Nagashi. But this attack cuts the users chakra in half, and the user gets only 2 moves next turn because of the nagashi's numbness effect

I figure that it has its upsides and down sides and is a powerful/weak move since you have to wait so long and can't move after you use the attack so it shouldn't be over powered. And no one would use the move that much in a match anyways

Don't say how to beat that tech. and repleace the: the user can't move for 1 turn, by: the user won't be able to use A-rank and up lighting for 2 turns.
it's a powerful lightning move and some people don't use lightning like that so I just made it so they can't move at all, instead what if I put they can only use 1 technique next turn
