So I'll start with:

Water: Bullet Orb(Suiton:kyuutai Teppoudama)

Chakra Cost:40(-5 per each turn)
Damage:0
Discription: THe user creates a 1m diameter orb out of water the orb can shoot small bullets from inside of it and each bullet is as strong as Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Style: Water Bullet and 5 bullets can be shot per turn.
*It lasts for 3 turns unless taken out by a powerfull jutsu
*The jutsu can only be used by burakyilan and people who learned from him
*Can only be used 3 times per battle

First make 2 clones and place them like this:
C1.........C2
.....Real.....

Make C1 & C2 spew a Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Style: Water Bullet at each other. The bullets of both clones clash. Using your real body focus your water chakra and try to turn the collided bullets into an orb. (use a jutsu please)
Give it a few tries and see if you can turn the 2 bullets into an orb.
