Are you two really going against the manga? Tobirama himself just stated they weren't at full power last time thus they weren't at full power.

Neither was Hiruzen. Actually he was in a worse condition. He was old and had no stamina and Chakra. He couldn't even use half his techniques because of Chakra restrains while Hashirama and Tobirama had both unlimited Chakra and regeneration. But now since all Hokages are Edos. We can finally see their true power very soon in the war. From there we can debate!
