Burakku: A sword alone wont kill most men on these seas , however , a mans spirit and willpower can , i have word from the legendary Roronoa Zoro that the world government is planning to attack my country and seize control , if i take out vice admirals and admirals beforehand it makes things easier , my spirit is my white sword , and my will power is my black sword , the use of the two means twice the strength and double the attacks , i need not cut you , if you touch my blades you can be manipulated in weight,balance,sight and reactions for short periods of time , that alone makes it easy to throw you overboard.
