1. Once Kenpachi is done being awakned,, stop..... simple right?
2. Who will take unohana place as a healer? her Vice shikai is good but not all that
3. Why didnt she use those healing tactics in battle when the quinces attack?
4. Why didnt she ATTACk using her bankai when the quinces attack?
5. Was she inlove with him? I actually think she was.

1. That was the intelligent thing to do...but apparently she desperately needed to die :/

2. Good question...only person who can compete with her is Orihime....I guess her Vice-Captain will take over though probably not as a captain.

3 & 4. She was ordered by Yammamoto to stay out of the fight. Also, her being as strong as she was with that kind of Bankai (destroy flesh) if It had been taken by Bach things would have been very troublesome for the Soul Society.

1. That is true, but in the newest chapter; she acknowledges the fact that there can be only one Kenpachi in each era. which means that one of them has to die, and she believes that Zaraki is much stronger than her.
2. Most likely Tenjirō Kirinji from the Royal Guard.
3. Yamamoto ordered her to stay in the back and to just heal the injured Shinigami.
4. Again, Yamamoto ordered her to stay where she is, and to refrain from approaching the front-lines.
5. I don't think that I fully get what you mean...

For question one what I saw it as was once she had maximized his abilities why wouldn't they simply stop.

The answer is along the lines that 1. The Kenpachi's love fighting too much. 2. She was maximizing his potential to its absolute greatest level by fighting until she died.
