I believe Madara can pull out his PS and attack with its sword in conjunction with his Katon attacks. This is require obito to remain intangible for 5 minutes, then he can take him out with PS slash, as in Konan's case it was made obvious that Obito cannot go intangible immediately after exhausting his 5 minutes. Otherwise, he wouldn't he resorted to Izanagi. That's how I see it.

You can't disagree, the eyes aren't the same and Kakashi has clearly shown different abilities than Obito. Manga fact.

MS eyes always differ from each other.

-Obito's is close range and he can go intangible.
-Kakashi's is long range and he can't go intangible.

They can both enter and exit the Kamui dimension though.

Did Madara use Sussano as parent technique/base for summoning Meteors? Why would he summon them or it with a non-edo body?

He has shown to be able to pull meteors down, but not spam them.

I dont mean spam summon, I mean he can constantly bring them down which is a variation of spamming

Spamming: Use in excessive amounts; over use.

So in a sense madara could "spam" the meteors because he can overuse the technique (bansho tenin) to bring them into the troposphere
