Yes im aware what hype means. Anyone who is a kage immediately has "hype". The title of kage implies power. Same goes for those with kekkei genkai and she is in possesion of two.

And she has shown her Kekkei Genkai which is no longer considered hype but manga fact no matter how strong/weak it is. The title of Kage implies power, wits & sacrifice.

Point is kage is only achieved by those who are strong. Meaning she is made out to be strong in the manga and we have come to learn that is not really the case. Like i said, i didnt feel like going with the obvious choice of Hiruzen.
