In my knowledge the only people who were able to use all the elements(or the majority) are Kakuzu and the woman in the anime with the hair which gave her the ability(can't remember her name) All in all throughout the series manga/anime we haven't seen anyone else capable of doing this?So unless im wrong unless you have a special ability enabling you to use all elements(unless its a different bio using different elements) you shouldn't be capable of using them all?I mean even the kages don't have the ability to use them all?.....Just my opinion what you guys think?

We have had this kind of discussion many many times here and it will remain the same as it is. Because I strongly believe that if a Shinobi/Kunoichi become strong enough they can use a multiple of elements as for all my bio's Zanji would have the most because of his KG but not all my bios have the 5 main elements.

Yes it's only shown in the Manga/Anime that only those two have used all elements or access to all elements. But also we have people here using techniques that none other should be able to use. Thus the reasoning for customs. This site is all custom basically so anyone can have most elements

Only reason I say this is because we even see naruto ask kakashi if its possible but he says you can but they aren't as powerful as the original affinity....i.e. naruto and wind??So really what im saying is if they do learn all the elements should they only be allowed to learn so many to S-rank and the rest A rank??.....

Meaning if someone has all 5 for there character and they aren't kakuzu/pein/the woman from the anime-technically all the elements shouldnt be as powerful as each other in other words they shouldn't be able to use them all to full rank (S/forbidden) as it was said it is possible to learn them all but they wouldn't be as powerful as the characters original affinity i.e. kakashi-lightning,naruto-wind...

the max was 4 and ppl wit kg and special abilities had only 3
