alright i will start with the first step.
as you are aware the different elements have their weaknesses and strenghs for example
fire is strong against wind yet water is stronger than fire. and if a jutsu like a fire jutsu
rank c is used against you you can counter with water of d rank and still beat it even if its
a rank lower because of its ability to beat fire however it would not work using d rank
against b rank fire because its more poweful than that of C rank.
