Hi everyone.
I was having a discussion with with this guy about Mei Terumi and at one point he said 'Mei has no speed feats' which at the time I agreed with. However, when taking a closer look at these 3 particular scans, I think she might have a speed feat after all.
1 - In the below scan, it looks like all the kage are together and are, what appears to be a considerable distance away from Madara.
2 - When Tsunade proceeds to attack Madara, again we can see theres a pretty huge gap between himself and the rest of the Kages.
3 - Madara moves back a pretty big distance and attacks Tsunade with a Katon. Then we see the fire being put out by Mei's water pillar. And judging from the look of the water wall, it looks like Mei was able to get behind Madara, since the water wall almost made a complete cirlce around him if you know what I mean.
When she uses her water dragon jutsu, its pretty clear that she was behind him if you look at the susanoo's ribcage - the curved/back part is facing Mei.
From looking closely at these 3 scans, it seems Mei was able to cross a vast distance in an instant, considering Madara was far away from the kage to begin with and ends up moving further back when attacking Tsunade. And the reason I said 'in an instant' was because of how quickly the whole situation happened.
So would this be considered a speed feat? If so, is it any good?
