Good. Now, while keeping the orbs together and spinning, make thin, straight currents from the edge of the orbs to their center. Make as many,and as thin as possible.

Pull as many thin peices of water as you can, and condence it to the center of teh sphere. Do this, until the orb is more like millions of nails, then a ball.

They can't move without using wind jutsu. Thats kinda the point, they are meant to be used w/ hidden mist.
Congrats. You can now use:
(Suiton: Mizu Bakudan) Water style: Water Bomb
Rank: B
Range: Short-long
Damage: 10 (per orb) or 30 ( collectively)
Chakra: 30
Description: The user pulls water from plants, or near-by water sources to form orbs of water (up to 5 +10 chakra for each orb after that) that can either be detonated by enemy touch or by the user themselves. The justu can remain dormant until set off. When detonated, the orbs send water Senbon out in every direction. If activated by user, all orbs are detonated, if detonated by enemy, only the touched orb is detonated. (- 5 chakra per orb per turn.)
To bad its not the S rank one.
