Well see i would be a bad example of who to use the mist on. I am blind, and make up my lost of sight be sensing chakra via chakra pulses and elemental infusion(primarily Earth).....
So make a clone and try again.

Suiton:Seibun Houfutsu)-Water Style:Water Cannon Replica
• Type:Supplementary
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15
• Damage Points:N/A
• Descripton: user makes water come from the ground in the form of medium sized water droplets that then converge on the targets location or the water can come from directly under the opponents feet.
First make a clone of water. Similar to how you make bunshin just add water elemental infusion. This is key, because it gives the clones the abilities similar to water.
Then Stand feet shoulder width apart and hands at your waist,palms facing the ground. Focus your chakra into the ground and pull forth water deep from underground. With pracitce you'll be able to pull water from places further and futher away.

one ant is drowned...classice...well done. This useful jutsu can pull water from almost any surface...deserts and salt pans are the only exceptions.

• Descripton:A orb of water that can send many small water whips in every direction and is capable of attacking mutliply enemies.
(Suitonaibakuryuu)-Water Style:Great Exploding Current
• Type:Attack

• Descripton: A whirl pool that sucks any opponent in range under water.(this jutsu must be done in water)
For the first one concetrate water into your palm and then start to rotate it as you would a rasengan. Once the orb is spinning use shape manipulation and will power to elongate a long thin tube of water. At first try one then we'll work on making others...
The other jutsu require you to make a few hand signs on top of a water surface. Once this done inject your chakra into that water source and cause the water to violently spin. As it spins it with form a whirlpool which will down anyone caught beneath and suck in anyone who in ontop the water surface.

It would appear that you got the concept of the whirlpool, but your water ord jutsu is lacking...
try manipulating more whips and use one to cut that tree in half.
