So, tell me why you would like to learn fire and how you may use it in battle. Then proceed to tell me anything you know about the element including strengths, weaknesses and combinations.

Also tell me (if you know) what KG fire makes up.

I'd like to learn fire because it is a really strong element and one of my favorites as well. I also need to learn it to master the basic 5, which is my goal =DD

It's weakness is water because... well, it douses it and it is strong against wind because it makes the fire larger.

KG that fire makes up are Scorch, Dust, Steel and Dark release I think

Good, but you should also know that wind makes a god combination with fire as the wind fuels the flames, spreading them further and allowing them to burn stronger.

Fire also makes up the Lava KG... past that, I'd actually have to go and read up some stuff xd

So, lava is a mix of fire and earth. You can breathe fire onto an earth jutsu to create you own, however weaker, version of lava.

*Sets fire to a small log on the ground*

Sit down and watch the fire burning the log, tell me what you can discern of fire from your observations.

Fire is pretty mush like if it were alive. Most living creatures need air, so does fire, most living things reproduce, so does fire. Its also wild and pretty uncontrollable like most living creatures. Its also pretty hot xd

Very good indeed, I think this is the best answer I have gotten to this question.

So, you'll need to keep this simple ideal of fire within you mind as you perform any fire jutsu, as this is the basis of any fire technique.

If you need to make the fire hotter, you'll add more fuel to it (Katon chakra) if you feel it getting out of control, suffocate it slightly to keep it inline by taking away it's chakra.

Now we shall begin by you holding out your palm, face up, then channel the idea I you have just told me about and focus your Katon Chakra into your hand, forming a small flame on it.

*Getting a piece of wood, I hold my hand out, concentrating my fire chakra into it, thinking of the way fire moves and eat everything in it way, when I feel that there is enough heat in that area, I release it, causing a small flame to come out and ignite the wood.*

Now do it without holding the wood, form a fire ball in your hands and then point it at my clone. Then shape the flame into a sort of flame thrower looking thing and use it to burn my clone.

*I hold my hand up and begin to concentrate my fire chakra into my pal, I then release it and form it into a small ball before pointing it in the direction of your clone and releasing the more chakra, causing the flames to shoot towards your clone*

Now charge your fire chakra into the back of your throat and the spew out three balls of fire, about the size of your head, aimed at my clone. This should burn him on contact with each one.

Throw several shuriken at that tree, breathing a small amount of fire onto each of them. What effect does this fire have on the shurikens attack power?

I thought it was to test me if I knew the difference at first o.o

*I take out five shiruken and aim steadily at the tree, when I feel my aim is good, I begin to concentrate some fire chakra into my throat and throw the shiruken, releasing the fire only a second after and causing the shiruken to be devoured by the fire, giving them more strength when they hit the tree*

The fire make the shiruken's attack stronger because aside of cutting it can also burn o,o

Now, for some hand seals. Charge you fire chakra into your lungs and breathe out a flammable gas cloud after performing the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals. What would happen if a spark of small flame made contact with the cloud?

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

Now for an Uchiha speciality;

Perform the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger hand seals as you inhale a deep breathe of air, then form a ring with you thumb and first finger which you will then release the stored breathe through. Before you exhale, be sure to mix your fire chakra with the breath where, upon exhaling, ignite it with your chakra and shape it into a large ball of fire.

I take a deep breath, mixing my fire chakra into the air and make the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger handseals. Then, putting my index and thumb in a ring and exhale my fire chakra through the ring, making the fire form into a ball that has a size as tall as mine.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

Take out a lighter and light it... throwing it onto the ground in front of you. Send out your fire chakra in front of you, making the flame grow into a wall large enough to block incoming attacks heading directly at you.

What is the downside of this jutsu and how could you possible use it to your advantage?
