[Question] One Piece [Anime] What episode should I start watching?

I'm not a fan of One piece manga. ( One piece is awesome. ) But I want to get into the One piece anime, I've watch it as a kid & it was cool. Looking to get back to it as a teen now, I've watch Episode one and needless to say, I want to skip to a good part, maybe the introduction of Zoro?

I actually enjoyed the beginning of One piece, up until now. I don't know what it is, but watch from episode 1 man, you'll like it. Zoro enters at Ep. 2, and it's a pretty decent episode.

i'm with the crowd on this one start from episode 1 not in english dubb though not saying the dubbed is bad cause there is 241 episodes dubbed so far i got to 241 tried to wach 242 in japanese and it just was weird to me cause i got use to the dubbedd version

Compare 1 episode from each, that definately proves your point. Also, you're refering to artwork considering Jet Hawk was pretty average animation. One Piece lacks in animation and art at many times, don't try comparing it to Naruto if all you have is a scene from each. That's like comparing a rotten apple to a normal orange and saying apples suck.

Like uhmm episode i'm not sure, but its past 150, i started watching it at 300 area and it was great then timeskip made a huge difference.

Movie artwork usually is ALOT better than the artwork of the regular anime so that one does not count xD though I do agree that One Piece's artwork is better.. in every aspect o-o

Yep U_U but oh well, some people prefer an animation where all the characters have the same base body with a few exceptions >.>

Another question(s).What episodes are the major fights? How does Luffy get 2nd Gear? 3rd Gear? What exactly are theses gears?
