That was only one of the fourteen km narutos so I'd say its equivalent to 1/14 of his power. Naruto relies heavily on kagebushin no matter what mode he uses if he doesn't have them he can't fight as well.
Im just curious to know why you think itachi is a genius ,second im curious to know why you think hes strong enough to defeat the current naruto who defeated the 3rd raikage,was at every battle field at the same time,injured muu,plus five full tailed beast at the same time,and now is currently fighting the juubei,all these opponents i just named are far worst than itachi, so how do you think itachis level(even tho its on a different level)is capable of beating naruto current level? it makes no sense at all..
Naruto has a great amount of chakra, while Itachi's chakra reserve is very small. Naruto is a Senju relative and many have remarked that Naruto has the will of fire. Itachi is a brilliant genjutsu user and has brilliant thinking skills. But Naruto is stronger than Itachi. He could even master the Sage Mode in a very less amount of time, even surpassing Jiraya. Itachi once remarked that if Jiraya, Kisame and himself fought, all three of them were to die. So, Naruto wins this one.
Naruto only loses this if he goes full retarded and head on waiting for a genjutsu.
Naruto is currently a broken char.... a bunch of overpowered BM clones with super speed will do the job, all he needs to do is hide behind a bush and keep sending more clones lol.

There are things that SM can do which has no counters whatsoever. Also the sensing abilities are of the highest height meaning he knows every attack before it launches, thus rendering them useless. Also Naruto has full info on Itachi's MS whereas Itachi has non on Naruto's SM.

the frog toads can snap naruto out of it. plus, naruto's chakra control, and chakra was much much stronger after he learned sm. meaning it would be harder to put him into genjutsu. add to that that sm naruto always has a few clones around, and itachi's genjutsu isn't such an advantage.
naruto in sm could sense everyone's chakra in the village and dodge everything pain and the third raikage threw at him. he can definitely sense amaterasu, which was sensed by nagato, the raikage, and sasuke even managed to anticipate it and stop itachi from doing it once. add naruto's reaction speed in sm which is probably enough to dodge it as he managed to dodge the third raikage's full speed (a's equal), and clones, and there you have it.
i won't deny that naruto can still be dumb at times. but he can also be very resourceful
as to itachi keeping up, that was edo itachi (ie can spam shunshin as much as he wants + no blurry vision) against naruto with 1/14th of his chakra, still not having mastered shunshin in km. plus, how will itachi avoid frog fu? a couple of hits from that and itachi's dead. naruto in sm uses shima's dust clouds and smoke bombs, excellent vs a dojutsu user especially with his superb sensing.

The genjustu argument is useless because of Ma and Pa they can get Naruto out of it I am not going to say that Kurama would because this is SM however if you consider current SM which Fought Juubi then Kurama helps and that pretty much ends all the genjutsus and Handicaps Itachi U_U
The following has no counters till now, no matter what Ocular Doujutsu you Posses it still owns. It's already beat Rinnegan,MS and EMS.

Itachi was able to keep up with it only because Naruto had stopped using the high speed. I can show BM Naruto pages where he sppedblitz Tailed beasts and others, but he is fighting Tobi who is slower than him [though faster than Itachi] on par! that's only because he stopped using the speed. One more thing Itachi won't survive more than one min if he trades blows with SM Naruto

This is too much For Any version of Itachi to handle and only said non-edo Itachi because Naruto has no sealing techs otherwise Edo Itahci is fine as well!
Well my opinion is not 100% right but im almost convinced that Itatchi > Naruto and that's because of the last episode that came out today! When I read the manga i thought that Naruto would have done something if Itatchi didnt save him but now im pretty sure that he was doomed! I think that Itatchi is a Genius on a whole different level and that you cant compare him with Naruto.. He maybe would loose against some guys that Naruto would win against but if it would be a 1v1 fight between Naruto and Itachi then Im pretty sure that Naruto would loose!
