He did some good for the village. But edo tensai has been a problem for the leaf. His choice to isolate the uchiha back fired. He obviously disagrees with hashi as far as how to treat the uchiha

Sure they all have done good and bad for the village however Tobiramas' legacy has more negative effects than positive to everyone except Tobirama fan boys.

That was Tobirama's problem; he thought Senju owned the village. When in reality, they held equal share. He was power hungry and tyrannical, further more, he was mocking the last member of Uchiha clan. Distasteful behaviour from a Hokage. Hashirama's decision to give him the Hokage seat was the worst of all, when he knew Tobirama's extreme leanings. Look at Hizurun as well. He wasn't all that lovey-dovey either. Hashirama and Mintao were the only decent Hokages. Then people claim that Konoha is the bastion of goodness. Just look at their blood thirsty, power hungry leaders.

God forbid there be characters who act like actual ninjas in Naruto. Tobirama is suffering from the same problem that Danzo did, being an actual ninja in Naruto.

How did he act like a ninja? He was a figurehead of a nation, ninjas live in the shadows. Orochimaru is the most ninja followed by Obito. The realest ninja ever is Kotaro Fuma as each head oof the Fuma clan took the name Fuma continuing the legacy over themselves, unlike your precious conceited fascist Tobirama.

There HAS to be one of those figurehead and he was the best choice to it. He doesn't let emotion get in the way nor does he show it. You just called Obito one of the most "ninja" like characters? Was it not stated, in this manga, that ninja aren't supposed to show emotion or let it run you? Obito is the definition of letting emotions control you.
Tobirama made decisions ONLY to better the village, regardless if they come off as "wrong". Let's not forget that Hiruzen allowed Itachi kill his clan, does that mean Hiruzen is a "vile" Hokage as well? It can be argued that Danzo saved the Leaf village by getting the 3rd to go through with it. There was a possibility that the Leaf would be no more had the Uchiha gone through with their plans.
