Did he supposedly train Kagami Uchiha. The way he talked about them is similar to how Sasuke talks about the village. With a great dislike.

So why have Kagami go with him on a very important mission to Kumo? Was this another way of controlling the Uchiha?

Like the person above said he was extremely strict. He knew the problem with love the Uchiha had and so he watched them carefully. Possibly he hoped by training one he'd be able to make his influence on Kagami influence the secret followers of Madara to give up

Otherwise Kagami would have kicked his ass, so Tobirama had no choice.

Ok hate was a strong word but still if he was so strict and apparently feared their powet of love then why take one under his wing. One can't change three clan.

i don't think he hated them as stated above, but as a leader its your duty to identify and weed out or control anything you see as a threat to your people, that's just what he did

He hates them as a clan, but he respect their power and will use that the ''greater good''

He's a stern man and he had to be strict with them to keep them from becoming evil and threatening the village.
