The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Next is simply a stronger version of "The Rising Water Slicer." Like you did with the C rank version perform the Tiger hand seal and release suiton chakra into the ground creating a fast moving jet of water that slices through the ground. This can cause a fair amount of damage.

This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

This next jutsu is simply an advanced version of Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough in which the user can use suiton chakra to form to three sharks at once rapidly from a water source to advance on the target attacking him from multiple angles. They can cause severe internal injuries from the force of the hits and can be enough to knock an opponent back, however it's only short range.

Manipulate your chakra to blend in with a water source to be undetectable by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find you quite easily within the water source. This isn't as useful as most jutsu but it has a purpose o.o it's good to use in recon on those non-sensor, non-doujutsu shinobi.

Use your suiton chakra and the water source you just created to form five sharks made of water to attack your opponent(s). You will have to put your hand directly onto the water source and forcefully inject chakra into the water. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if you sever your connection with the water, the sharks will simply disperse.
