Basically, the former notifies Torune when Zabuza is approaching and he touches him.

Also, Fū should be able to accurately use the Mind Body Switch Technique in the mist. (he can shout out where he is)
The Mind Puppet Switch Cursed Seal Technique would also end the match. (he either had it on him or made it on the run)

Fu and Torune mid difficulty IMO. They have sensory capabilities and if Zabuza touches Torune, he gets poisoned. Still Zabuza's long ranged water techniques may pose serious threats but so does Fu's mind transfer.

What are the other conditions like knowledge, location and what not? If they favor Zabuza I can actually see him getting a win. If it's some flat grass terrain though he might lose some of his strength.
