i don't remember them ever saying he is the reincarnation of the sage. he just told the tailed beasts that one person will come along and unite them. giving them new names and form and that person is Naruto. i think it was the readers who started saying he is the reincarnation of the sage. i never once read the word reincarnation in the manga. unless i forgot about it

I'm just curious that if he does become the jinchuuriki of the Juubi will he get the rinnegan it was never clarified if the SO6P had it before or after?

If he gets juubi,he gets rinnegan.

but the sage does say that they will have new names and new forms it says on the top right panel. know your facts before trying to correct someone

Possibly. Though it is probable that he's more like the Sage's younger son. It is consistent, he wants peace through the most passive option available and his power are more body centric as opposed to eye focused.

To be like the Sage you need to have the eyes and the body. The younger son makes more sense because of the younger son = Hashirama = Naruto parallels.

On my own its pure speculation,but you do know a jinchuuriki inherits their bijuu's power,a valid example is roshi and son goku.
Yagura and his mastery over water.
Yugito and her fingers,which could elongate at will.and soo on.
