Lol, I have no idea what do you guys see in that jutsu, bu sure.
Using your wind chakra you can make the air you inhale become richer with oxygen which will, after being carried through your bloodstream, result in an increase of power, explosiveness and speed. Our muscles seem to be in love with oxygen and therefore they reward us if we gift it, to them. The increases itself would be +10 to taijutsu, kicks and punches and one (1) rank increase in speed and awareness. Of course, everything happens in your lungs and therefore danger from fire is eliminated. Be aware that it lasts only three (3) turns after it finally wears of. It also comes with a restriction to use of wind techniques, limiting you to only S rank and below techniques, same and next turn. Being a pretty decent power-up for taijutsu, you will be able to use it only twice per battle.
Lol actually I'd have taken that air pocket jutsu but its way too difficult to understand.....so using it is even more difficult

Hmm looks good. But the 3 turns limit looks too short for me as i'm still inexperienced as to how to utilize each powerup. But yeah, this seems good for a close range attack

Sometimes, you are fighting in a closed room or say you both are trapped in a dome, at that time you can't use the rain technique to sense your opponent. This technique helps you out there. Also, this technique works on detecting the opponent's body temperature rather than the enemy's chakra. So even ppl like Muu or people who use chakra suppression can't hide from the technique.
Basically you manipulate the water from the water source or if you have water left from the previous water technique to build up in the atmosphere and through it, you can detect your opponent.

Yes actually. Thanks to my sword I don't need a water source for techniques because I can materialize it from thin air. I believe that this just would work great with that ability. Or do I need a water source, even so?
