And I know you included the 2nd Mizukage but I'm saying you cannot include 2 characters on one spot of a top 10 list, your list showed me the top 12 instead of 10.
ANd which jutsu is faster? Jinton or Bijuu Dama? Do you think Killer Bee will just stand there and let him load, Killer Bee can shoot out multiple Bijuu Dama's in the blink of an eye, while to use one Jinton not only takes a lot of chakra but takes its time charging it up.
Killer Bee can easily revert back to his faster form and escape it like he did here:

You still haven't countered how Bee senses Muu in the first place. Muu was considered invisible, you know.
Even then, can he really dodge the wide range of jinton? Onoki, in his old age, was able to make jinton that was capable of destroying an entire island.
And Muu can dodge the TBB.

Sarutobi everyone is forgetting about, sasuke couldn't fathom naruto's power so in essence, the best one not to sound corny is naruto. Sarutobi, Orichimaru, Naruto, Obito, Kabuto, Minato, Itachi, and a couple more, but that's the cream of the crop right there. Critic if necessary.

My next point is that I want you to show me Mu using any techniques while invisible. I don't even think that's possible, so whether Killer Bee can detect Mu or not, Mu can't do anything to killer bee in that form. As long as killer bee keeps moving while Mu is invisible he doesn't have much to worry about. Also the rock ninja that slashed Kakashi's eye used an inferior camouflage technique but only used a Kunai. I'm assuming he couldn't use any other jutsu, the same case may apply to Mu.
And you honestly believe that Mu can dodge continuous rapid fire tailed beast bombs, get real man. I can understand dodging one or two max, but he isn't going to avoid the other 4 or 5 balls heading at him at who knows how any miles an hour. Unless you think Mu can fly faster than a tailed beast ball. Obviously Mu can dodge a couple but not at rapid fire, that's too much for anyone.
Well first of all you showed me a scan of Ohnoki's jutsu instead of Mu's. now you may say obviously both can use the dust release on the same scale but there is no proof of that, just you guessing. Ohnoki lived way longer than Mu so I wouldn't be surprised if Ohnoki's dust release was superior. I mean you can't seriously throw a scan in my face of someone else's feat/jutsu and use it in your argument.

Danzo, kinda annoying actually but even though he's worse than Kakashi, he's in my top 3, I mean, who else uses purely stolen Jutsu?

this is my prediction of kishimoto's official top 10 in the current manga
1.Madara = because he 1 shots all ninja by 50 meteors
2.Oro = because of his new b*tches minato ,hiruzen,tobirama and hashirama
3.Obito = because he 1 shots all w/ kamui except the top 1 and 2
4.Hashi = because madara still think that hashi could stop him
5.Itachi = izanami,izanagi,tsukoyomi,amaterasu,susano equipped with the legendary weapongs,intelligence,speed and supreme taijutsu
6.Naruto = BM is too OP
7.Nagato = because of his borrowed eyes
8.Sasuke = because he can 1 shot the top 9 and 10
9.B = because he can 1 shot the top 10 via TBB
