tHE diffrence i see is that shinrai tensai can B blocked & with stood but with roation

If some won who has an enhanced chakra goes directly into it

Hm did u kno the differences between Rasengan and Sharingan? Actually the only difference is that Sharingan has "Shari" instead of "Rase" and since sharingan has 5 leters instead of 4 rasengan letter, sharingan is a stronger technique.

Neji's spin does not have a 5 second recharge period.

Also, It appears the rinnengan can not detect chakra... otherwise Pein would have noticed the hundred or so "rocks" that Naruto turned into...

If you watch in one of the early shippuden episodes... Neji shoots a blast of "invisible" chakra. It looks like he does a "kame-ah-may-a" from DBZ... Pein does seem to have a collective chakra capacity with his 6 bodies... and the ability to release it all at once seems to be a mix between Neji's blast, and Sakura's ability... to gather chakra at a power, and release it very quickly.
