Itachi and Kisame??

Did Kisame have any idea that Itachi was still allied with the leaf? I know it sounds like a dumb question and it was probablly no, but when Itachi came back Tobi/Madara claimed that he came back to warn Danzo, and the 2 elders not to kill sasuke and that madara was still alive. Even if they were looking for Naruto to how did Kisame not have any idea?(Hes not dumb)

Itachi and Kisame seemed to get along the best out of all Akatsuki (with the possible exception of Pein and Konan) so out of anyone in the Naruto Universe its safe to say that Kisame knew Itachi and understood him the most since his dad didnt nor his mom or his brother. None of the acadamy teachers nor anyone in the leaf could understand him. So did Kisame actully know about Itachis allaince with the leaf and just didnt do anything about it(or was he leaking info to the rest of akatsuki without itachi knowing?) Or did Itachi completely fool him the entire time they were partners? and if he did How?

i think kisame known just didnt decide to tell madara cause he knows how madara really is by him saying hes reasured in a chapter that he fouind out tobi was madara the mists hokage, has madara believeing that he trusts him but he may have a secret plan, keep ur friends close and ur enemys closer as they say.

Of course! He couldn't tell madara, "Hey, I am going to konoha to have a cup of tea with danzo. Please look after the lockers, I have money in there" xD

I really would like to see that happen. Although Kisame is a bit bloodthirsty, he respected Itachi a lot, so It could be possible. Although another possibility is that he was assigned as Itachi's partner by Pain, who was told by Madara to do so, in order for Kisame to spy on him and see what Itachi's motives are. And then Kisame would report to Pain or Madara. (It seems Kisame respects Madara as well, as his former Mizukage.) But I really hope Kisame's a good boy xD
