Naruto Part One

-Underrated by everyone
-Wanted to become Hokage
-Didn't have anything special as Kyuubi was considered a burden

Fast forward a few years and...

Naruto Part Two

-Fourth Hokages son
-Bjuu Mode
-Learned Perfect SM in a matter of days; Jiraiya couldn't do it in his life time
-Uzumaki and Senju are related to Uchiha for the sake of a larger Sasuke, Naruto rivalry
-Child of the Prophecy

Naruto in Part One had to try hard to accomplish goals and wasn't OP...
Naruto in Part Two is given a strong heritage, some really OP techs, and is the Child of the Prophecy, and doesn't have to try hard - success is in his destiny now...

What do you think? I am not bashing Naruto, it is just that he is contradicting what Kishi set him out to be.

He definitely tried hard and got his acknowledgement. It's called character development. Naruto wanted to be the hero. Kishi made him the hero. What's the problem with that? That's complimentary, not contradictory.

Some people are early bloomers you see..while others blossom later in life..many years passed and naruto went through a lot..it is not suprising that he got a breakthrough..

And naruto did work hard..and learning SM in a matters of days and learning a bunch of OP techs in a matter of days..was that really surprising?

Naruto learned the rasengan in 1 week , unlike the jiraya and 4th hokage..

And he still works hard..didn't you see his training for rasen-shuriken..took around 4 chapters and a few days of non-stop training in the manga.

Same can be said for luffy in one piece..... or Ichigo.. lmao

Its called progression mate. Part 1 made Naruto work hard and etc. And he never stopped working hard even in Part 2. He was meant for greatness and thats what he got. If you don't like it. then stop reading.

Didn't Neji say that everyone's fate is decided since birth and then Naruto told him he was wrong, and now we know that Naruto fate was destined before he was born to do all of this.

That's progression for you. Same thing happened in DBZ and most other anime's.

That's the point of the entire story, the rise of the underdog, which is Naruto stepping into his dad's footsteps.

That's a misconception. The whole thing started in the middle of the Pain Invasion Arc and it grew during the World War Arc. Kishi did not want to reveal Naruto's heritage because then that would mean we would think that Naruto will be Hokage because of his heritage.

Think about it, Kishimoto may have wanted us to see that Naruto will become what he wants to be through hard work and determination first. Then when we all acknowledge that Naruto can become hokage, that's when he reveal Naruto's heritage.

Had he reveal those heritages for Naruto in part 1, he would have had a cocky attitude that he will be Hokage simply because of his father. But this case is different, he wants to be acknowledged by other people. And because everyone acknowledged him, that's when Kishi can reveal his inheritance.

About the destiny thing. When Naruto told Neji that he shouldn't determine his destiny, what that really means is that nobody should determine that people will fail just because of what is written in the stars. People fail because it was their choice. Naruto did not like that Neji told him that he was going to fail. In fact, EVERYONE (excluding teachers, parents, and friends) except Hinata, thought the same **** that he was going to be a failure.

I thought most should know this by now. The fact that we have our own mind means that we should be able to think for ourselves.

^ Naruto is still not perfect with learning new jutsu swiftly as he struggled with the Tailed Beast Bomb many many times.

It was all nice and dandy until Naruto was mentioned to be The Child of the Prophecy. Which basically implies that everything Naruto will achieve and achieved was and will be destined to be. Consequently that kind throws all that nice hard work effort aside.
Which is kinda of a bummer specially for Neji who died thinking you could overcome destiny because of Naruto, I find it ironic.

I could tell Naruto was overpowered from the first episode. An academy student able to create 1000 real clones?

As much as Naruto was portrayed as a loser, having the Kyuubi inside him would inevitably push him to the top tier.
