OP - The Death God Basically placed a Handicap on Orochimaru.

When he lost his arms. They turned to stone. He couldn't Ninjutsu.

HOWEVER when he switched bodies. He had a limited amount of jutsu left since he was freely to use his hands. Not all of it was regained and it wasn't the solution.

The arms he regained in the recent chapter caused him to execute the techniques he once had prior to the battle with Sarutobi. I hope that clears it up for you.

We will see what frightening techniques he can really use now. Since Orochimaru NEVER went all out.

RDS sealed away Orochimaru's ability to use hand seals for jutsu. He is able to use Summoning jutsu like Manda and Triple Roshoman because they are a blood contract. All you need for those is your own blood. Nothing he did in the fight with 4 tails naruto required hand seals.

RDS has a hold of Oro and he can't activate a jutsu.

When Oro took that new guys body he was only able to heal his rotted arms and not restore his jutsu. That part of his soul is trapped.

He is still able to build up chakra for his snakes and summonings because they don't require hand seals.

In the new chapter when Oro says they are back. he has recovered his arms and can now use edo tensei. This should be enough for people to understand that his ability to use hand seal jutsu was what was taken.

Yea Oro has admitted inferiority to Itachi, but when he got "owned in 2 seconds" he was being a dumbass and underestimating Itachi. He obviously thought it was going to be easy to capture Itachi(he was trying to capture him, not kill him) and got caught in a genjutsu.

Not really that surprising. A lot of high tier ninja like deidara and Kakashi have been caught in Itachi's genjutsu, he is after all the best genjutsu user in Naruto. We didn't even see Oro do anything in that Itachi fight, i.e we didn't see his full strength.

I'm assuming that since Oro didn't have his arms and could still use summoning jutsu, he just didn't need his arms for it. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me because I've seen others use seals before summoning but whatever. He was limited none the less. Considering what he could do weakened he's going to be very powerful with full use of his arms.

Sure, Oro is a powerful guy... I've ranked him 10th overall (barely). But this idea that "now he's got his arms back, he is better than Itachi" stuff is just silly.

I don't know, maybe Tsunade can use fuinjutsu at a more advanced level than we know.

Personally, I think that Kishi simply hasn't planned the story as perfectly as some people choose to believe. That's not an accusation, it's just an opinion and there is nothing wrong with pointing out some... uncomfortable... aspects of this manga.

when orochimaro fight naruto he didn't use ninjutsu he just use some snake from his mouth and the kusanagi sword and he didn't replace the body he waited for sasuke body and he didn't get it

As people pointed out for the millionth time... summoning is hand seal jutsu... and Oro has used summoning, to say nothing of other jutsu that involve his hands (if not seals). Oro rarely if ever used seals before he lost that pair of arms anyhow.
