The real world is made up of smaller quantifiable atoms and thus the Naruto world is also made of atoms. Kachra is intwrtwined with thee world and can be thought of as a wave being dispersed from our bodies. This wave if put through a lens the disstipating electrons and neutrons converging with each other.

Implied Premise
When Naruto creates a rasengan he is actually causing kachra to go a thhrough a phase of sublimation to its pressure threshold. Since hes body is quiite capable of exerting 2000 lbs of pressure on the kachra itself there is no problem with him making hundreads of rasengans.

Conclusion
If we can get a team of scientists with me as its leader, we might be able to create a rasengan by ourselves.
