You can count haany people said she would win, I can't count how many people said losses because its that many people. Yes and yes. It works both ways for me I've grown to dislike her from all the fodder arguments I've been hearing from other fangirls they make it seem like she's invincible and can't run out of charkra! If I can ill find anyway possible to so the the opposer wins against her if its impossibe thenpeople just have to accept that tsuande wins but this isn't one of those threads people are saying she beat orochimaru when we've only seen him fight her armless, with jutsu he is likely to fin because he has multi ranged jutsu, where as he was forced into tai armless

What manga was you reading? She punched him multiple times and for goke she was getting humiliated by oro in regards tot dodging and firmng her attacks, he was fighting with his tongue and gave her a good fight. People need to stop saying she destroyed him in battle because the fact is even if she did (which she didn't) he was armless thus the handicap of no jutsu

This thread is foolishness Tsunade vs Madara not even going to dignify that with by arguing the subject. You claim that if Tsunade kills a head via punching it the other 7 heads would attack. But that doesn't make sense, giving their relative size if they all tried to attack her at once then they would clash heads and be unfruitful. They would necessarily have to be attacking in at different moment to stand a chance at hitting such a small target. Furthermore, because of the large size of 8 branches and its obviously high weight and the 8 seemingly independent heads it will not be slithering away quickly should Katsuyu simply aim for the body. In fact what Tsunade can very simply do if she wants to be brutal is happily hop inside the mouth of the giant snake and travel down is throat to its gut where she can just destroy it from the inside out.
Furthermore one need not actually worry about Edo Tensei in the first place. Not really. Edo Tensei takes time to summon and based on Tsunade's cannon style she does not allow that sort of time. When Madara was saying something she did not like she made it a point to shut him up by pressuring him with taijutsu. So I don't see where Orochimaru will buy the time to summon coffins undisturbed.

I'm pretty sure you did say something along the lines of "if she punches one head, what does she do when all the other heads attack her at that moment?"
And also, if she's already in it's mouth, it can't bite her. Something needs to me half in half out for a snake to bite it. If she jumps in and is in the back of it's mouth, she's already going down the throat.

And Oro can appear in the mouth of the snake, if she jumps out, Thousands of Snakes with Mini Kusanagi's with rip her to shreds or Oro takes her head off with the Kusanagi Blade.

Having a knife and being able to decapitate with are very different things. You are suggesting a full scale battle in the snakes mouth, because that is what it would take to even properly attempt that of Tsunade. And if you are trying to cite Tsunade jumping in front of Oro's blade as solid proof of your next claim I think you must first appreciate that was a very different situation.
