Tsunade vs Madara 1v1

Why do you try to compare the C0 with Tsunade's punch? Those two attacks aren't even similar. Sakura was able to kill a Rinnegan summon with 1 punch. SM Naruto's physical strength is not even close to Tsunade's, but he was able to kill Pain's summons too.
I highly doubt Manda can survive this:

But even if he survives it, he won't be able to fight anymore. It would crack his jaw for sure.

And you are wrong, the Raikage barely cracked the Susanoo's ribcage, whilst Tsunade destroyed it.

Tsunade has good evasive skills and she is not that slow. That snake won't be able to overwhelm her. Tsunade fought 5 Susanoo clones and none of them was able to decapitate her.

Orochimaru won't go in his 8 branch form right after the battle starts. At first he would try to overwhelm Tsunade with summons. And Tsunade can kill all of them. So when he enters the 8 branches mode, he would be alone, against Tsunade and Katsuyu. And he can't kill Katsuyu, 'cause physical attacks aren't working on that slug.

Really? All you did was set up a scenario favorable to Tsunade...BS move. Orochimaru will do whatever he has to do to beat her, simple as that. Tsunade kill all the snakes by herself? Nope. She isn't one shotting Manda so while she tries to deal with him. Oro can take her out with his Sword of Kusanagi. Katsuyu is taken care of by the other snakes

Oh yeah, I forgot that in his White Snake Form his blood contains paralysis poision..but if he goes into that form he will have to switch bodies so that's a bad idea.

I don't think he has to switch bodies.. I don't think there's any proof supporting yes or no besides that he uses that when he's about to take over a body.. I could be wrong though.

Furthermore, because of the large size of 8 branches and its obviously high weight and the 8 seemingly independent heads it will not be slithering away quickly should Katsuyu simply aim for the body. In fact what Tsunade can very simply do if she wants to be brutal is happily hop inside the mouth of the giant snake and travel down is throat to its gut where she can just destroy it from the inside out.
Furthermore one need not actually worry about Edo Tensei in the first place. Not really. Edo Tensei takes time to summon and based on Tsunade's cannon style she does not allow that sort of time. When Madara was saying something she did not like she made it a point to shut him up by pressuring him with taijutsu. So I don't see where Orochimaru will buy the time to summon coffins undisturbed.

I'm hardly hating. Tsunade is my favorite character but this was an awful selection of opponents. The weakest version of Madara is rinnegan Madara as he was old with a reduced chakra size. And he was fairly immobile. And stuck to the gedo. That is not to say he could control the gedo as he again did not have as much chakra. So maybe Tsunade can defeat that version of Madara but in terms of EMS Madara there is Perfect Susanoo to contend with. There's only one way Tsunade could hope to fight that and that's using Katsuyu as she's impervious to being cut and it would seem she's not one to be burnt either. And as long as she has a Katsuyu on her shoulder they could protect against genjutsu but Tsunade would kind of have to hope Madara runs out of stamina trying to fight Katsuyu. And I think Madara is smart enough to go after the summoner.... so once again PS is the biggest problem.
