Inb4 my elaborations that Naruto can fuse sage mode and kyuubi mode together..
Without the extra dosage of power, I still don't think that's compatible to Sasuke's primary abilities. Though I can say the same for Sasuke's Sharingan. Obviously without it, most abilities aren't given that "1 up".

Without sharingan, sasuke=minato(when minato was 16) no doubt. He is intelligent,good in jutsus and all other things that minato supposedly were good at.
But SM naruto > Sasuke without Sharingan(he fought pein in SM and defeated all except yahiko without kurama's power).

But he didn't, did he? He also failed to retrieve Sasuke with the help of the new Team 7. Sasuke was about to kill them all with one final attack that didn't require the Sharingan. It would have happened if Orochimaru hadn't stopped him.
This was before Naruto had control of Kurama... But clearly, Sasuke didn't need his Sharingan to get sh*t done, aside from delving into Naruto and meeting Kurama eye to eye.
I honestly think that the distaste for the character is what gets in the way of a persons view on his abilities... :9

Sasuke without Sharigan would not be the same as Minato. Minato would still have eyeballs and Sasuke would have none

Base Minato will kick Sasuke's ass with FTG level 1 as sharingan cant keep up with teleportation

If he didn't have sharingan then orochimaru wouldn't have trained him which means he wouldn't have learned kirin. So no kirin

People keep creating threads to insinuate a versus situation between Naruto and Sasuke, to make the latter win or look like he might be the one who wins. And then they dare to say Sasuke is underrated when in less than 24 hours we've had about three to four hottest threads with people being Sasuke fanboys, and OVERRATING him. That's why people tend to hate Sasuke and stick to Naruto.
You people just don't like to look at it the way it is... The times when Sasuke was cool and **** are gone, because Naruto grew up and can beat his sorry ass anytime. From the moment he decided to betray the leaf, Sasuke condamned himself to a bad reputation. Even Suigetsu thinks that those who go to Orochimaru by themselves are RETARDS. While training with Orochimaru, Sasuke was given drugs and chemical power ups to accelerate his growth and make his training easier than Naruto's, and more fulfilling. But of course, people forget about that so easily.
Even then, Sasuke was still a character that could be saved, because he wasn't heartless and wasn't killing people left right and centre. And his Shunshin and Hebi skills were something to be reckoned with, I admit that Sasuke was badass, and that was the Sasuke I was secretly rooting for during the battle versus Itachi. In fact, Sasuke's eyes were different... His expression, his whole personality was somewhat different. But then, right when I thought that Sasuke could have had a different future, he goes and lets himself be manipulated by Obito, and turns into a common criminal who kills people with no regrets, even his own nakama, and thinks that the whole world is inside his hands just because he achieved the Mangekyou Sharingan.
God, how I love the fact that the Five Kages kicked his ass, that showed him that the world is bigger than his self-centered thinking and his personal traumas. But still, the thickhead motherfu*ker keeps believing he is the real deal just because he killed Danzo and because he thinks himself stronger than Kakashi.
The moment Sasuke lost himself to revenge was the moment I lost all respect for him, and the moment I decided to not root for him not even once. Before, it was annoying that people would admire him just because he's cooler... But now it's just plain depressing. People seem to love psycho murderers, which I'm afraid makes them quite dangerous on their minds.
Naruto has my respect because whatever the struggle he went through, he still didn't give up and stood firm on the right path, and now everybody in his village acknowledges him as a hero. And his childhood was even worse than Sasuke's. I remember Sasuke saying once that he acknowledged Naruto's strength because he knew the pain of being alone... Wrong! Naruto knows that pain way better than him. Sasuke was not alone to begin with. He WAS LEFT alone after his family died. Naruto grew up alone from the start. That pain... Naruto knows it better than Sasuke by far. And yet he didn't whine or give his whole life to revenge, even though he felt like it, he didn't do it.
Even Temari, who used to think Sasuke was cute, said that he had no future now that he attacked the summit and became a criminal. Every person in the leaf who used to look up to him or used to wish to face him in battle, like Neji or Kiba or Lee is now willing to kill him if they have a chance.
Sasuke became the epitome of Revenge, and paid the price for it. He's still paying it. And no, he's not stronger than Naruto. They're both equals, as Kishimoto stated. And whichever crazy, stupid, half assed, farfetched reality you come up with to make Sasuke look stronger than Naruto, I will personally be there and ROFLSTOMP it with pure MANGA facts and logic.
So no. Sasuke would never be better than Minato. Let alone Naruto. Ever.

Oh, and by the way... Naruto without Kurama, for the last time, means either both his parents are alive or at least one. That alone would make his life better, his personality different, and his training and fighting style more advanced. He would still have Rasengan, Rasen Shuriken, Huge chakra pool, Sage mode, and a little of Kyuubi's chakra for being in his mother's womb. Not only that, he would possibly have learned FTG by 15, and also, he would still have an elemental advantage over Sasuke's Raiton techniques.
