Well we havent seen totsuka pierce through much but Oro and Nagato right? Its piercing abilities are highly debated. Some think it can pierce Susano'o in a hypothetical battle between Sasuke and Itachi and others think it cant. Its up in the air at this point. It could very well be capable but at this time we dont know. Yet a counter to that is that Bee in V2 would definitely be fast enough to avoid the totsuka relatively easy.

This is also highly debatable. V2 has plenty of speed feats. Naruto vs Oro and Naruto vs pain both exhibit insane speeds. That was while Naruto was out of his mind and also not even up to eight tails worth of chakra. I personally believe the speed is enough to dodge. He just would have to be moving consistently obviously. Itachi wouldnt be able to spam it too much either anyways. Personally, with the scans you provided, i think Sasuke's mastery of raiton will be able to keep the chakra arms at bay while he spams ama, enton and Susano'o arrows. I think Sasuke wins but Itachi loses.V2 isnt fast enough to dodge ama though, raikage's V2 raiton armor is the only thing thats been shown to actually dodge it, and when A noticed that sasuke had mangekyo he immediately turned on V2 armor meaning he knew that he would need the extra speed.
