I give Water Dragon Bullet a 7 and Giant Vortex Jutsu a 8.

Judging by polls, these techniques are underrated.

Water dragon I give a 6 maybe 7, I think it's alittle better than grand fireball jutsu
Water vortex I would give an 8 its better than most water techs and any base fire tech

shouldn't water vortex be a water+wind jutsu? because wind and water causes vortex...somethin to think about.

The Water Dragon Bullet is "B" rank, so it's probably between 5 and 6.

Also, Water Dragon Bullet is a B-rank tech which were shown being used by Tobirama, Mei, and Kabuto.....all Kage level ninja. That just shows WDB is at least a 7.

I didn't said Zabuza is a fodder :|

But Zabuza has shown to use more and bigger Suiton and utilize the Hidden Mist Jutsu better.....even if Mei used Suiton without a water source we still dont know if Zabuza can or not. Water Wall is a B-rank move that summons water without a preexisting water source, GVJ is an A-rank move, that being said it is evident Zabuza should be able to perform such techniques and summon his own water.
