Well all I'm saying is that my jutsu is based on rain...So if u want to stop it u have to stop ur rain. Ur spear is a C or B rank meaning it wouldn't pass my dome.

1.the wind is blown at the water which is on the floor(as you said its like gaara sand) the lightning follows behind the wind jutsu not combining.

2.You have to deal with the wind and lightning before you can perform your third jutsu.I then perform the fire jutsu,so you then have a fireball coming your way this evaporating any water in the area on its way i.e. your water from your jar(like gaaras)
