Fire is a very powerful nature type. It is very destructive and has caused damage to anything it touches because it can cause burns and cause man-made structures to burn to the ground. Fire is one of the things that people have harnessed to cook and light the darkness. It is weak against water, but strong against wind. It is strong against wind because wind increases the oxygen in the fire causing it to grow larger.
Fire awakes the feeling of anger inside of me. It is weird but every time I think of fire, I think of destruction. Although fire is destructive it has allowed the human race to develop into a very sophisticated society.

Alright, pretty good, I like it. Now, as you probably already know, these are chakra papers. They react to your chakra. I will give you one and you will place it in between your hands and try to channel your fire chakra into it. If you succeed the paper should ignite. Make sure to think about the fire and it's properties in the process, otherwise you'll fail.
I grab the piece of paper and start to focus on the propertied of fire. I think about its hot temperature and and the image of it.After I have an image in my head, I start to concentrate my chakra into the paper. At the same time I keep that picture in my head and turn the chakra into fire.

Yes, that is the basic principle. A few more words for descriptiveness wouldn't kill you.
Anyway, you get the point. You reveal ashes in your hand as you remove your top hand. Now that you have awakened your fire chakra I want you to understand the basic principle behind fire techniques. Most of them are performed by gathering fire chakra in your lungs and inhaling air. Then you infuse the air with your chakra and you blow it out. Using shape manipulation you perform the last step in your jutsu, giving it a shape. Following these steps will help you perform pretty much any fire techniques. The only differences are small variations such as size, density, power, handseals and different movements. The other batch of techniques are techniques that you create by expelling chakra through your chakra points in your hands, like the exploding flame shots and similar techniques. Now to finally start with the techniques, please perform a simple fireball, using the above mentioned principle.(I'll tryy to be more descriptive)

For the next technique I want you to take some shuriken from your pouch and infuse them with chakra. After that throw them at your opponent.
*I start by channeling my chakra into my hands. When the chakra has flowed to my hands, I begin to reach into my pouch on the left side of my body. I pull out a few shuriken, one for each division between my fingers, and flow the chakra from my hand and infuse it into the shuriken and throw them toward a tree a few meters away.*

Most simple and the core to most fire techniques. Balls of fire. You already performed one. This one is slightly different because you can make only one but it will be a bit bigger than the first one.

I manipulate my chakra to lite once I breath out the oxegen and chakra. This come out in a small fire ball shape that forms after coming out in an exhale*

You take a deep breath and inhale air which is consisted of oxygen. You can't filter the air and inhale only oxygen. Also, when you exhale you breathe out carbon dioxide, not oxygen. Not a big problem, just wanted to point it out. Use the word air instead.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
To perform this technique you simply perform the handseals and blow out a flammable gas. Excellent technique if you want to prevent your opponent from using fire techniques, or else, he'd kill himself.
* I begin by practicing the necessary handseals and I preform them once Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger. I then progress the speed until I can easily preform them with no problem. I then preform them and begin to change my chakra into a flammable gas by using the oxygen in my lungs, I blow out the gas which covers the area about 4-5 meters in front of me.*

Again, a simple stream of fire released at your opponent.
I concentrate my chakra in my lungs and I take in a large breath of air, and I exhale. As I am exhaling I use the oxegen in the air to change my chakra into fire. The fire releases as it comes out of my mouth. I manipulate it to stay in a linear form to cause it to look like a stream of fire.

Good. Now, you got the basic principle behind most fire techniques so it sholdn't be hard to perform them because you always inhale and exhale fire. Now, to skip that boring part where you repeat the same thing all the time, I will explain how the technique works and everything I find relevant, and in return I want you to ask me questions about doubts you have for the techniques. Anything goes and you have to ask a question for each technique. Understood?

Game technique. I didn't really play the game so I don't know how it exactly looks but I suppose that you simply gather fire chakra in your mouth, place your hand, with your middle and index fingers, in front of your mouth and blow a small fire stream at your opponent. This technique requires no handseals. Can it be better? ^^

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.
Favorite Uchiha technique. Simple as the description says. Range appears to be a problem and stopping the technique to be great. Though it could be used in close combat the handseals make it impossible. Not a good technique in my opinion. You can however, have fire as your specialty and perform it with a single handseal. Your choice.
Question Time
For the first justu if there is no hand seals is the use of your middle and index finger to guide the direction of your stream or is it something else? It kind of seems like a dumb question but I was just curious.
The second jutsu is pretty straightforward, but for Fire to be my specialty, I have to master it right?

1) Yeah, somewhat. I figure it to be like a lighter with a small fire on the top and you having oil in your mouth. As you blow out the oil across the small fire it gets lit and creates a steam. Of course, you blow out fire not oil. Anyway, yeah, you can direct the stream while moving your head with your hand in front of your mouth.
2) Yeah. And I'd like to explain the whole "mastered" thing, because most people don't seem to understand it, and it's kinda picking my nerves. When you finish training in one element, you have completed the training. You haven't mastered anything. Master is someone who is really good in that specific field and who has a lot experience using it. The thing is best explained with taijutsu. After you finish your regular training you have nothing but completed taijutsu. You're not a master nor even a specialist. Why? Because there is NB Taijutsu. There are unrestricted and restricted techniques. After finishing the NB Taijutsu unrestricted techniques you get the name of being a Taijutsu specialist and you get a bit faster. After finishing the restricted ones you become a Taijutsu master and get an even bigger boost in speed. Then there's gates and so on. Anyway, for elements I see it like this. If you want an affinity (1 handseal) then you can put yourself as mastered, but the other elements are just completed. Hope this clears it up.
