Most people are already beginning to suspect that Sasuke will indeed help Naruto against Obito and Madara.I am here to expand on why.
As you know, one reason is already known, but not understood by many. Which is, the continued existence of Madara's Edo Tensei. Itachi's final act in the impure world was the liberation of all the souls bound by Kabuto's Edo Tensei, all but one, Uchiha Madara.
Through his endeavours and knowledge, Madara was able to cancel the contract between his soul and the jutsu, freeing himself completely.
So Itachi's final deed is still undone, that is just one of the known reasons, why Sasuke will complete Itachi's unfinished actions, and take it upon himself to get rid of Madara.
The other is my prediction, and here it is:

I believe Sasuke's decision to take down Obito with a stronger desire is dependent on this revelation:
Hiruzen and Minato. Sasuke already knows, through Itachi's genjutsu, that Hiruzen had nothing to do with the Uchiha massacre whatsoever, it was all Danzo.
I believe Sasuke will speak to Hiruzen first, who will then tell him, that he was actually contemplating making his older brother the Hokage of Konoha, Itachi was certainly capable, and he loved the village as much as Hiruzen. This would have ended all the animosity between Konoha and the Uchiha, but Danzo never let it happen. Also, that Hiruzen had no knowledge of Danzo's treachoury behind his back, and that he never wanted for things to end the way they did.
The next revelation will come from Minato, he will tell Sasuke, that the event which began the animosity and led to the tragedy, the Kyuubi incident, WAS NOT a natural disaster! But it was, as a matter of fact, caused by the masked man with the Sharingan. He was the one responsible for the attack and ultimately the slaughter of his parents, his clan and the terrible life that Itachi had to live until his death at Sasuke's own hands. Because Minato was the one who fought him that night, and he was never able to get this information to Hiruzen because of him.
Then Sasuke will end his revenge on Konoha, and instead focus on Obito and Madara.
This is a prediction on what Sasuke will decide, it relies solely on the possibilty that Sasuke will in fact speak to the previous 4 Hokage's of Konoha with Orochimaru's help.
