If I may but offer another of my own relative opinion, thus far in all that has happened in naruto in my perspective edos have proved far inferior to their original counterpart living individuals and quite frankly even more disappointing when fully under the control of another. Therefore I care little for any edo character whatsoever and barely consider them of truly being powerful in comparison to the living individual.

And yet he appears incapable or "refuses" to utilize most of the rinnegan's or path's abilities, and honestly one cannot simply take what a character says for granted as fact, that is an ultimate consensus of Naruto: the web of deception. Obito hyped himself as the great Madara for quite some part of the series, which in turn had a varied impact on the audience, however he pales in comparison to Madara by far and, now that Madara is present once more, he fully acknowledges that.

Well most people with prior knowledge of the manga know Killer Bee > Third Raikage. Majority on NB will say Killer is greater, I even made a thread with a poll earlier so you can see for yourself. Third Raaikage ain't beating killer bee im afriad.
And Mu is not top 10, the guy left out kabuto who is easily top 5 and you are telling me Mu is top 10. LOL
And the only reason you fit Mu in the top 10 is because you put Itachi and Minato in the same spot, that's top 11 then. You either put one above the other, you obviously believe itachi is greater, I may disagree but it doesn't really matter because I think we can both agree they are both top 10 at least.
Mu is definitely top 15 in my opinion. To be perfectly honest, he may make top 10 but it's between him and Killer Bee battling for tenth place.

Well first of all, anyone who knows anything knows Killer Bee is stronger than the Third Raikage:
You can argue against it all you want but there is no way Third Raikage is stronger than a perfect jinchuriki on Killer Bee's caliber. He could only draw with Gykuki so I don't know how Third Raikage would beat him and Bee together as one. Plus Sage Naruto beat Third Raikage with one rasengan thanks to Gyuki's experience in fighting him. Killer Bee will know more about Third Raikage's abilities than the third knows about killer bee. Add this knowledge with Gykui and the Third is at a major disadvantage. Not to mention Sahmehada (which people always forget Killer Bee has) can absorb all that monstrous chakra of the Third Raikage. Killer Bee isn't slow either so he isn't gonna get blitz, especially when KB is in 6 tails mode, he's almost as fast as his brother, about the same speed as Ay's V1.
I've come to the conclusion Killer Bee is stronger than the 3rd Raikage with Gyuki and Sahmehada on his side, I hope you will see this too.
Now if you are going to put Mu in the top 10 then you will have to include 2nd Mizukage because they are just as strong as each other. Now I don't if Mu is fast enough in the air to avoid Killer Bee's continous tailed beast balls:
And I doubt Dust release is going to hit Killer Bee, he's not stupid enough to just stand there, he's fast enough to evade it. Plus it's debatable whether Sahmehada can absorb dust release or not.
