[Theory] Zou Island

Some people think Zou might be like a Zoo full of wild animals
During my 761 dream I had two weeks ago I had a dream Zou was a dessert wasteland

To me I think Zou could be a Forest island full with Animals and lakes but the island could be owned by a Yonko (Big Mam or Kaido)


What do u think Zou would be like ?

I think Zoo would be a training ground for future hunters and tamers of animals. Bepo is there so the Heart pirates are safe. Zo IMO should be home to the most exotic and deadly animals.

Zou must be a neutral land though seeing as how Kinemon also wanted to rendezvous there.
