Zoro: after time skip, haki, ashura, santoryu, etc.
Sesshomaru: tenesaiga, bakusaia, no meido
Location: random abandoned village
No prep time
Anything goes...
Personally I feel with Sesshy's bakusaiga gives him the clear advantage since I've never seen it blocked.
When it comes to speed Zoro probably has the upper hand but would he be able to dodge/block multiple light whips?
Zoro can slice through buildings and surely summon a sword tornado but Sessh could counter with blue lightning dragon wave ( so sick in the Inuyasha movies ) not to mention nasty afterimage attacks.
It would be close but when it reached boiling point I can't see the wild swordsman beating
a bloodlusted Sesshomaru( with those red eyes all snarlin and shit way too vicious! )
