East Blue- I wld say Zoro marginal high diff coz this is where Zoro>Sanji was established.
Alabasta is a noteworthy point in their journey becoz here Zoro got the first power up in his long line of these. While being able to cut steel might not factor much in a Sanji vs Zoro fight, it is important bcoz it is the kind of power up that when u concidered their arsenals u wld say the gap btween them had shifted a bit coz now Zoro had widened his reach as far as opponents r concerned.
Skypea was a Sanji favouring arc going by the things he got to do, from Sasori, Ganfall interactions, saving Nami and messing directly with Enel's plans. However the arc favoured Zoro in the fighting ability development with the poundo ho attacks Zoro got range so now in,a vs Sanji fight it wasn't just concidering physical strenght, speed, manueverability and attack lethality u wld have range as an issue here too. With that I wld say the gap widened a bit but they were still in the mid-high diff zone.
In Ennies Lobby the M3 all got power ups but if u look at it Zoro's is a bit irregular. Luffy's gears are something he uses frequently as with DJ for Sanji but Ashura is more like a special move seeing as its only been used twice. Also to note DJ is the begining of Sanji's unique to him fighting style power ups which is similar to cutting steel for Zoro. Here I,wld say Sanji narrowed the gap back to defnitly high diff with Asura then i wld say marginal high diff.
Thriller Bark : not much changed but Sanji got some physical strenght feats to note so the physical strenght point was now not so easily decided. Zoro got his durability super feat but we cant say he shattered Sanji coz we dont know how well Sanji wld have handled that but he shattered the record there for the entire series then in that department. Still high diff and the gap narrowed a tid bit more.
Post skip : well Oda is keeping to the cloak and daggers still so its a bit hard to tell where exactly the gap is at but going by whats been Shown i wld say the gap is wider a bit but we gotta wait for Sanji to show his limits and all out, being shown the limits of Zoro wld help too.
Simply it widened in alabasta and skypea then narrowed in EL to TB then PoTS it reset and we are waiting on the values but i wld say widened.
