Ok i focus my chakra internally for a very long time until i get used to the filling i then convert this chakra into water natured chakra i then push the water chakra into my mouth making sure i dont spew it out, i then focus a good amount of chakra onto the water chakra making it a sticky like substance, i then build some pressure up then spew the sticky water out of my mouth creating i large sticky lake.
I would use this sticky lake to trap my opponents and then perform a lightning jutsu onto the water making the opponent get "fried" essentially lol

Alright, good. So I'll introduce to you something called zoning.
Originally a term from a game that I play a lot, it basically means manipulating or forcing your opponent to go where you want to. For example, a jutsu from the sky like Lightning Fang would keep them from going into the air to use jutsus there, and a move such as Swamp of the Underland would prevent them from staying on the ground. Lastly, something that is very dangerous close range, such as Lightning Plasma Barrier would discourage them from getting near you to use Taijutsu or such.
So, how does this jutsu zone your opponent and how might you take advantage of that?

Well i guess that they wouldn't really want to go near the sticky water at all, and the way i would use that against someone is that i would make a "barrier" of sorts separating each other so that they wouldn't be able to perform taijutsu on me but they could easily (if they thought about it) jump over the lake with the help of a wind jutsu. Other than that i really don't know what i would use that jutsu to my advantage?

And there, sir, is your other definition.
"They might jump over using Wind jutsu." By using one jutsu, you can predict their next move too and this is as known as cause and effect. For example, you used a Wind Jutsu to blow away the explosive tag, thus, I can follow up with a prepared fire move to disregard your Wind Jutsu, so that it overcomes it and is sent back at you two times stronger.
By taking the upper hand, you can juggle your opponent around and have them react the way you want to, as we are all forced to make moves and survive in a battle. This is most often used in chess, where it is necessary to be able to predict several moves ahead of the opponent.

I want you now to focus your chakra outwards and think of a clear image of yourself while you do so. Form that chakra into that image of yourself and turn it into a solid shape while doing so. This will be your first Water Clone. Remember to maintain control of the chakra.
Make sure to concentrate.

I focus my chakra outwards form my body i keep it there i then add water nature to the chakra, while doing this i concentrate on the image of my-self i then form the image of my self from the water slowly while my clone is forming i start to turn it into a solid shape while in the middle of creating my clone it drops and turns into a puddle of water, i then close me eyes and try again this time i focus my chakra inside of myself i then turn my chakra into water nature chakra i then push the water chakra outside of my body while having a clear image of myself in my mind i then manipulate my chakra into my self while doing this i turn my water clone into a solid shape i then open my eyes and maintain the chakra control inside of the clone i make it run towards you and stop about 5 feet away and make it walk backwards towards me.... i think i did good, what about you?

EDIT:: For me to learn shadow clone i would have to learn every jutsu up to shadow clone huh?

So, a clone has many uses.
State as many as you can think of.

well 1 use is to would be that you can use the clone as a sneak attack (Create the clone have the clone attack the opponent then you use a jutsu to attack them from behind). 2nd use would be to use them as a source of water to use a jutsu by taking out your chakra and then use the water the falls as a jutsu (at-least i would use it that way xd). That's all i really got right now, if you have any other ways please let me know U_U

Yes, I'll give you my guidelines for clones.

First: Clones can perform various attacks all at the same time. Indeed, imagine if you had three clones in front of you all release different jutsus at you at the exact moment. It's like breaking time frame.
Second: It is hard to tell the difference between the real you and clones. Only the Sharingan is able to tell such differences, or normally, people just godmode this in battle.
Third: Being able to combo greatly with split-second jutsus - imagine seeing several attacks coming at you at all directions.
Fourth: Distraction in general - for example, a clone used Thunder Up, and caused an explosion, the enemy will be drawn to the noise and you could then take advantage of this.
Fifth: Release of Genjutsu.
Sixth: Sacrifice for information.
Seventh: Increase of field of vision. Blind spots.
Eight: Human Shield.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Keep in mind what kind of jutsus this can perform.

Now, proceed to step over to this lake and send your water chakra into it to manipulate spikes of water that spin in such a high speed that it is extremely deadly. Here's an image. I can't really explain this one. >.>

i walk over to the lake and focus my water chakra into the water i then manipulate the water mixed with my chakra to form multiple spikes of water that spin a high rate of speed that if hit someone it could cause i decent amount of damage.

The purpose of the spinning is to make a drilling like feature allowing it to well essentially drill into the opponent causing more damage to him/her.

Now, for this jutsu, I want you once again begin using the Hidden Mist jutsu. Once you do that, manipulate the chakra within the mist to reflect the light around us to blind me.
How could you utilize this in battle?

I began by concentrating my chakra and then converting it into water nature chakra i then release my chakra into the air creating a thick mist, i then manipulate the chakra with-in the mist to reflect the light from the sun.

The way i would use this jutsu in a battle would to blind my opponent and then use another jutsu to attack him or throw kunai and shuriken at my opponent U_U
