Water is one of the 5 basic elements in narutoverse, water can be formed into anything that you wish due to its chemical property's, water can also erode earth if it has enough pressure and if it has large size. Water conducts lightning very easily due to it not being very condense and or compacted. Water is also weak to earth which earth can stop said water, water is strong against fire due to it having an element advantage, if you combine water with wind you get the unique kkg known as ice-release, when you combine water chakra with earth chakra you get yet another kkg known as wood-release, you can also combine water with earth to make mud, when you mix fire with water you get steam, when combined with lightning you get a lightning-water technique which should give atleast double or more damage.

k good.

As for your question, I'd rather have you truly learn a technique and master it then have the ability to use it. Also I no longer teach with multiple techniques at a time so therefore I will be posting one at a time.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Probably one of the most underrated techniques in my opinion. The fact that you can just materializes a small amount of water can be extremely useful especially in close combat situations. As for this technique I'd like you to let your chakra flow and relax. Then manipulate it into small waves and create them from the lake over there. Then I would like you to have it rise with your chakra within it to create a shield, and then harden your chakra slightly giving you a shield that can deflect incoming kunais. Once done that I want you to run up to a dummy and materialize a stream infront of you and blast it into it's face.

Ok~

I walk over to the lake and sit down infront of it, i began focusing on my chakra and let flow and relax, i then start to manipulate it into the water and create small waves on the surface of the water... after doing this for about 10 times, i then focus more chakra into the water and raise it in front of my and and then i focus my chakra to harden it slightly so i can deflect kunai that would come at me again i do this about 10 times until im ready for the last part. I then get up and walk over to the dummy and focus on my chakra more on the water i begin to imagine a stream of water shooting at something and then begin to materializing a stream of water i then shoot the stream at the dummys face, again i do this about 20 times until i get the hang of it and then await your next leason U_U

Alright. Well done, moving on.

A very... Famous technique.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

For this technique I'd like you to form your water chakra once again this time release it into the air out of your mouth, and make it lighter and less dense. That will begin to create a light mist. Once you have accomplished that add more charka to thicken it as much as possible. Shame you cant see in it unless your from Kiri, or a Byakuugan user or using a sensory technique. Go for it ^^

Alright :D

I began by focusing and forming water chakra inside my mouth and focus on it being light and dense, i then expel the water chakra from my mouth making it into a very light cloud of mist around myself, i do this many times until i fell comfortable with the beggining. After practicing the first step i then began to add more chakra making it into a very thick cloud of mist, once again i practice this step until i fell comfortable i then do the first and second step together without any hesatation and make a thick cloud of mist around myself. Did i do well sensei :p

Alright, I want to know how you would utilize the jutsu you just learned in a fight.
Explain the importance of it, and also, why it does not work on Doujutsus.

I would you it in a fight by doing this jutsu while my opponent is inside of this mist to conceal myself inside of because it has my own chakra inside of the super tiny water droplets, i would use it while against a sensory type ninja and a sharingan user because the mist would basically block there senses to locate my chakra signature due to the mist being made of my chakra and water.... how ever a believe that this technique would not work on a byakugan due to the byakugan not seeing the chakra traces of the opponent but instead seeing the opponents chakra routes (forgot what it was called :p) inside of the body..

I hope that's a good explanation lol

An excellent response and the one I was looking for, however, with the use of such an utility jutsu, I'd like to go into more detail if you don't mind. Also, it can conceal your movements and jutsus.
Let's discuss one important aspect of battle, which is field of vision. Especially against Doujutsu users, why do you think it is important to know where the enemy may be looking at at all time?
Secondly, while using this mist, you can hide your presence and strategy, but there is another thing you can't hide, which is sound. What might be so important about sound?

To your first question about doujutsu users... i cant really answer that one as honestly im kinda clueless about that, please if you dont mind tell me what it would be?

To your second question, Well the importance about sound is that any skilled ninja that has excellent hearing (Inuzuka, and maybe a sound user) can pick up on sounds easily than others because inuzuka clansmen have hearing that are as good as wolves/dogs and i would guess that sound ninja would also be excellent at hearing the tiniest sound due to being so used to sound and using all most all of the time there for one would guess that they would also be able to pick sounds of something breathing quietly? So basically you would be very stealthy when moving when against any particular ninja skilled at hearing things weather or not you know that they have that ability or not U_U

again i hope thats good but im not to wise about the doujutsu part lol

Perfect on the second question. When using Hidden Mist no Jutsu, you also need to be quiet in your movements as to not be heard.

Well, it's a simple reason. Take for example Byakugan users, who has only one blind spot on the back - if you know that they are glancing away from you, then you can take advantage of that spot. Also, with Sharingan users, you need to make sure that you never look into their eyes, as they can easily put you into a deadly Genjutsu just by glancing at you.
But let's not speak of the Doujutsu users for now.
Why is it important to know where your enemy may be looking at at all times?

Okay i think i get what you mean, The reason to know where your opponent is looking is because you can use the location that they are looking at to your advantage, like striking them with another jutsu or using a kunai or shuriken to stab/throw at their back and injure them.... you can also you use it as a way to distract them constantly by throwing multiple kunai at different locations, say if you had a sharigan and threw 5 kunai in different locations and then threw a 6th one above you then let it land and catch the opponents attention towards your direction and make eye contact to cast a genjutsu on them and then kill them with another jutsu or throw multiple shuriken and kunai at the opponents throat, stomach, etc. etc.

Excellent. Exactly what I was shooting for, I do hope you keep what we discussed in mind. ^_^
Now, let's move on to something a bit more creative here.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D

Proceed to hold your dominant hand out, and then focus chakra within it, manipulating it in such a way so that you form a sword, the density hard enough so that it can cut just a regular sword.
Why do you think I asked you to use your dominant hand?

Ok i will.

I began by holding my right hand out and then focus my chakra into it, i repeat this step a few times to get the hang of it, i then manipulate my chakra to take form of a sword, i then harden the density of the sword to allow it the cutting power of a real sword, i then swing it at a small stump in which it cuts fairly deep into the stump.

The reason why is because your dominant hand is stronger than your other hand due to the fact that you use your dominant hand more than your less dominant hand so that makes your dominant hand much better to hold a sword and/or swing a sword U_U (At least that's what i think you meant by that >_>)

Ok!

I start running at you then with my right hand slash at your waist and then jump above you performing a front-flip while spinning with the blade i come down upon you hitting the sword against your left shoulder i then grab your arm and pull you then let go with my sword pointing towards your stomach region stabbing you enough to cause a small injure making sure i dont kill my sensei U_U

I could have done better but im not to keen on kenjutsu at the moment xd

Mmm, since you aren't too keen on it, let's discuss just a bit before moving on.
1. Why did you use your right hand?
2. What might be the purpose of flipping into the air?
