It's hard to tell, maybe Sanji/Vergo but Luffy stomps with 2nd Gear. Holy f*ck the anime makes 2nd gear so terrible.

Either Sanji or Vergo.

I think Sanji is faster than Luffy, for the M3, I think Zoro is the brawn, Sanji is the speed, and Luffy is the balance.

Smoker probably is(in terms of raw speed). It has been proven in PH that his flying speed is faster than Luffy's. But Luffy probably has more reaction speed. He has been showed to dodge Doflamingo's 5 color strings when Sanji couldn't. Sanji only has more mobility. In terms of actual reaction speed, he is below Luffy and maybe even Zoro as well who even preskip reacted to Kuma's light speed attacks

I'd go with Sanji followed by Smoker/Vergo. Zoro would be last in terms of movement speed.

How exactly was he supposed to react to Doffy's 5 Color Strings when Doffy had him restrained and suspended in midair?
A post-timeskip feat really does count anymore man, they've all gotten beyond that. Post-timeskip feats don't really hold up.

Against Doflamingo's 5 color string, Sanji wasn't restrained. Doflamingo dodged his premier hacher and attacked him with the attack, cuting him before he could react. Luffy on the other hand saved Curos when Doffy was centimeters away to cut Curos, dodge 2 color string attacks(from Doffy and his clone) despite having to take Curos with him

Well if they could do things preskip, the logical conclusion is that their post-skip self could do at the very least as well if not better

Ahh yes you're right about that.

And what I mean is, you can't say a character is faster than a character just because they were pre-TS.

No, i'm saying that if Zoro could dodge lightspeed attacks preskip, he should be capable to do better post-skip. Besides he also showed to be capable to cut a mountain size limb breadthwise and lengthwise in 6 parties in the blink of an eye when they attacked the Kraken underwater

Smoker can move at Luffys fastest speed without breaking a sweat, so there's no doubt he can move faster than that.

Smoker, out of all of those, Sanji being third.

I agree with you on some points, there are different types of speed each of them excel at.

Smoker has the fastest mobile speed, Sanji has the fastest leg movements, Luffy has the fastest reactions, Zoro has the 2nd fastest attack speed, not sure where Vergo goes

Hmmm....

In my opinion Vergo and Zoro are the slowest of these five.

Sanji's power is reliant on his legs, so his speed will obviously be incredible. But as is the speed of any Logia (especially when they're "flying") and G2 Luffy.

IMO:
Sanji>Smoker=G2 Luffy>Zoro=Vergo

Although I personally think Brook is faster than Sanji

Not sure, there are probably decent arguments for every character tbh.

Too many aspects of movement relative to time spent can b generalised as speed so any of these can b the fastest in a certain field.

What's the point of "base" Luffy

Why don't ppl ever use "WB without his DF"?
Or if you want an example from this list "Sanji vs sword-less Zoro"

Either Sanji or Vergo.

I think Sanji is faster than Luffy, for the M3, I think Zoro is the brawn, Sanji is the speed, and Luffy is the balance.

Actually Zoro is the Brawn, Sanji the speed and Luffy is BOTH
