Luffy is stronger, he was portrayed as stronger, he always fight with stronger opponent, Zoro take second strongest and Sanji take third strongest. It mean Luffy > Zoro > Sanji.

1. Warlord level don't exist. Mihawk and Buggy/Gecko Moriah are on completely other scale of power.
2. Being both on admiral level doesn't mean that both are equal.
3. Captain level also don't exist. You just need a couple of friends, ship and you can be captain, which doesn't mean that you are on level of others captains. For example, Silvers Rayleight is First mate (not even captain), but he would defeat most Captains (including Luffy) and so on.

I meant Captain level in his own respect, since he's not ranked as anything else, but a 'Captain'. Not Captain as all of the Captains in the series.

And Warlord definitely is a level, people use the term all the time. There are weak Warlords and strong Warlords, just as their are weak Marines and strong Marines. And I never said being admiral level makes you equal. It's evident they aren't equal if one can beat the other.

No...Zoro is weaker than Luffy.

Luffy's goal is more difficult than Zoro's so it requires him to be stronger anyone who doesn't see that is just delusional.

Luffy is stronger, they were equals in the beginning but after gear 2 and 3, CoC haki luffy is clearly stronger. zoro wouldn't follow a captain that's weaker than him.

cant decide right now. not impressed with what luffy has shown in this arc. someone said like akaini and kuzan... yeah that close.

I think Zoro has always been weaker than Luffy except at the beginning and at Thriller Bark, I think at Thriller Bark, Luffy wouldn't have been able to defeat Zoro.
